Year 6 pupils, (10-11 year olds), at our school are coming to Heighington Village Hall to run a Chatty Cafe to raise funds for charity. They will be developing lots of vocational skills as they bake, meet and greet customers, take orders, serve food and drink, calculate bills, and tidy away afterwards (we hope!) They are already busy designing menus, order books, bills, table decorations, etc. please join us for cuppas and cakes- a unique experience is guaranteed!
The children will only be taking cash payments- we're keeping our bank card reader locked in the cupboard!
