Gas Mains Replacement in Heighington Village
Northern Gas Networks plan on replacing the ageing metal gas pipes with durable plastic pipes in our villlage, which will ensure the continued, safe and reliable supply of gas for years to come.
Delay to start of food waste collections
The introduction of food waste recycling collections in Darlington will no longer start on March 31, due to an unforeseen delay with a supplier.
We have worked with the supplier to a get a new start date for the collections of the week of Tuesday 2 June and we will be sending a letter to every household with further information.
