Our music festival is free to attend but it still needs funds to pay performers, equipment and safety measures. Please consider donating to help keep this much-loved event alive. Every act of generosity—however small—will make a big difference to bringing music and neighbours together in Heighington.

FESTIVAL INFO

  • The organisers kindly ask everyone to walk to the event if it’s possible, or park away from the village centre.

    There will be a road closure - please see the exact location of the map at the end of this post.

    Needless to say that parking on any of the village greens is not permitted.

  • The First Aid station will be in a gazebo on the north-west corner of East Green. (By The Bay Horse).

    The emergency exits are highlighted - please see the map below.

    There will be security staff on site and the organisers will be wearing t-shirts labelled “Volunteers”

  • You will be able to find the Lost Children Point at the First Aid tent by the Bay horse.  Here parents and children can meet up if they become separated during the event.

    The stewards will know where to bring lost children and an announcement with minimal information will be made to alert parents, while two DBS checked staff member will look after them.

    The Spar shop will be open as normal. Due to the high traffic please make sure children under 14 are accompanied by an adult, thank you for your understanding.
