    Rachael Henderson

    CONTRIBUTOR

Meet Rachael Henderson, our village clerk and the friendly heartbeat behind much of Heighington Connect’s local coverage. Naturally curious and quietly well informed, Claire has an uncanny knack for knowing what’s happening around the parish — from planning consultations and school events to the smallest acts of neighbourly kindness. Her attention to detail and steady memory mean nothing important slips through the cracks.

Generous with her time and knowledge, Rachael is an indispensable contributor to the site. She helps gather meeting notes, fact-checks community announcements, suggests story ideas, and often supplies the background that turns a notice into a meaningful local story.

Whether she’s flagging up upcoming consultations, clarifying council decisions, or highlighting volunteer efforts, Rachael’s contributions ensure our coverage is accurate, relevant and rooted in what matters to people here. We’re grateful for her ongoing support in keeping Heighington connected and well informed.
